Code of Conduct at Sweetwater
Welcome to Sweetwater Town Center.
To ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests, we ask that everyone respect the following guidelines while on property.
Sweetwater is privately owned, and guests who do not comply may be asked to leave the premises.

- Help maintain a welcoming, family-friendly environment

Not Permitted
For the safety and comfort of all guests, the following are not allowed:
Disruptive or Unsafe Behavior
- Loud, aggressive, or disorderly conduct
- Harassment, threatening behavior, or profanity
- Any activity that disrupts the experience of others
Illegal or Prohibited Items
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances or activities
- Violations of local ordinances or laws
Alcohol Misuse
- Open containers outside designated Sip & Stroll areas/times
- Outside alcohol brought onto the property
- Failure to follow posted Sip & Stroll guidelines
Unauthorized Activities
- Solicitation, panhandling, or loitering
- Unauthorized events, performances, or demonstrations
- Professional photography, filming, or drone use without approval
Personal Transportation Devices
- Skateboards, scooters, hoverboards, or similar devices in pedestrian areas
- Bicycles outside designated areas or racks
- Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are exempted
Smoking
- Smoking or vaping outside designated areas
Property Misuse
- Damage, defacing, or misuse of property
- Moving furniture or fixtures from designated areas
- Improper disposal of trash or littering
Additional Guidelines
Guests Under 18
To maintain a safe environment:
- Guests under 18 may be required to be accompanied by a parent or guardian during certain hours
- Additional policies may apply based on time of day or events
Pets
- Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times
- Pets are not allowed on the Market Square lawn (exceptions made for guide animals and emotional support animals)
- Owners are responsible for cleanup
Parking & Property Use
- Follow all posted parking guidelines
- Unauthorized or improperly parked vehicles may be subject to enforcement
- No storage of vehicles, trailers, or equipment on property
- Any activity that interferes with tenants’ operations or customer access is prohibited
Enforcement
Sweetwater Town Center reserves the right to:
- Refuse service
- Ask guests to leave the property
- Enforce violations through security or local authorities
Failure to comply with the above policies, or other conduct deemed inappropriate or inconsistent with a family-friendly environment at management’s discretion, may result in immediate removal from the property and/or criminal trespass enforcement.
