Grab a drink. Take a walk.Discover something new.

Sweetwater’s Sip & Stroll program lets you enjoy beer, wine, or cocktails from participating locations while exploring the Town Center—within designated areas.

How It Works
  • Purchase a drink from a participating tenant.
  • Your beverage will be served in an official Sip & Stroll cup.
  • Enjoy your drink as you walk through Sweetwater Town Center’s designated Sip & Stroll areas.
  • NOTE: Only drinks purchased onsite from approved locations are permitted.
When It’s Available

Sip & Stroll is offered daily during approved hours:
11 AM – 10 PM (hours may vary for events)
Most social districts operate within similar daytime/evening windows.

Where You Can Sip

Sip & Stroll beverages must remain within the clearly marked designated area.
Look for:

  • Posted signage
  • District maps
  • Wayfinding markers

Consumption outside designated boundaries is strictly prohibited and subject to enforcement.

Participating Establishments

Businesses at Sweetwater Town Center are able to opt in or out of the Sip & Stroll program at their discretion. Signage will be posted to guide you.

  • “Sip & Stroll Sold Here” – purchase drinks here
  • “Sip & Stroll Welcome” – drinks allowed inside
  • “Sip & Stroll Not Permitted” – no alcohol allowed

Participating establishments are solely responsible for verifying age, monitoring consumption, and complying with all ABC regulations.

The Cup Matters

All beverages must be served in an official Sweetwater Sip & Stroll cup, in accordance with standard requirements for social districts statewide.

  • Clear, branded and labeled
  • No glass containers
  • Maximum size: 16 oz.
  • Beverages must remain in the original cup
Simple Guidelines

Help keep Sip & Stroll safe and enjoyable for everyone:

  • Must be 21+ with valid ID
  • Please drink responsibly
  • Only beverages purchased within the district are allowed
  • Do not bring your own containers
  • Dispose of cups before leaving the district

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal from the property and/or suspension from the Sip & Stroll program at management’s discretion.

During Events

Sip & Stroll policies may be adjusted during special events. Participation is determined by event permits and organizers, who may choose to:

  • Modify boundaries
